Commited to Social Justice

I remember Hester and Don from their days as committed activists with the Ecumenical Coalition KAIROS. As members of the Durham group, both Hester and Don attended meetings and took part in our activities, always bringing the biblical rationale to their activism. We marched together, met together and shared stories. It was an honour to have known them and to have worked with them throughout the 90s and 2000s. Hester will be remembered fondly by myself and the members of KAIROS Durham.
