Condolence: I was saddened to read of Louis’ passing this morning’s paper. I first met Louis in the 7th grade, about 50 years ago and can attest that he indeed was not only smartist kid in the class but most of all, a kind and gentle soul, most certainly not the 007LOU he displayed on his license plate many years ago... which was much more an example of his healthy sense of humour!
My thoughts are with Franca, his mom, Bert, Sonya and the rest of the family. Amongst his many friendships established since, rest assured all of us new Louis back in the Malton days, will remember him with love and fondness and a sincere thanks for having known him.
