Condolence: Joan was a very special person. She made me - and countless others - feel completely at ease whenever I'd visit the Quigg family's home on Genthorn. I was so very happy I had the chance to see her when I revisited Toronto last year. She was fiercely proud of her family and I would like to extend my condolences to each of her many relatives.

Condolence: To Jim and siblings, my deepest condolences on the passing of your mother Joan. I have such fond memories of her and Jack over the years not the least of which was attending a New Years party at her place along with my parents 8 days after my return from 4 months in Europe back in 1970. More recently I had connected with Joan on Facebook and it was always great to hear from her. She will be missed. So sorry I can not be there today but believe my sister Lindy will be in attendance.
