Peacefully at his home, surrounded by his family on Sunday, July 15, 2018, at the age of 82. Dearly beloved husband of Zorka Rustja nee Kravos. Loving father of Andre Rustja and Mary Lou Gimondo, Ann Marie and Danny Sustar, and Nicholas Rustja and Caitlin Weaver. Cherished grandfather of Melodie, Adrianna, Melissa and Cayla. Silvo will be sadly missed by his brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, family and friends in Canada and Skrilje, Slovenia. Resting at NEWEDIUK FUNERAL HOME, KIPLING CHAPEL, 2058 Kipling Avenue (North of Rexdale Boulevard), on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Church, 739 Browns Line, on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. Interment Assumption Cemetery.
