POST, Dora Martha
At the age of 88 Dora Post passed away peacefully on Saturday March 17th at Humber Hospital surrounded by family. She is joining her late husband George and eldest daughter Carol.
Dora was born August 18, 1929 on a farm in rural Waldeck, Saskatchewan. She was the youngest of 11 children. She moved to Toronto and met George Post. They married June 16th, 1951. Dora worked at A&P Bakery from age 18 to age 64. She had 2 daughters, Carol and Charlene. George died Feb 2009 and Carol March 15th 2017. Dora leaves behind her daughter Charlene, 4 grandsons: Joseph, Jason, Alex and Jeffrey. She also leaves behind 7 Great Grandchildren: Shawnee, Alisa, Natalya, Jessica and Christan, Kaleb and Kaydee She loved her family deeply and will be greatly missed by us all. We love you. Memories are forever.
Visitation will be held at NEWEDIUK FUNERAL HOME, A ROY MILLER CHAPEL, 1695 St. Clair Avenue West, Toronto (Between Keele Street and Lansdowne Avenue) on Saturday, March 24, 2018 from 12pm until service time in the chapel at 1pm.
