Obituary for Irene Mary MacGillivray (Harris)

MacGILLIVRAY, Irene -
Peacefully with her family by her side on March 9th 2018 in her 88th year. Beloved wife of Andy for 68 years. Loving mother of Judy Vipond (Peter), Mike MacGillivray (Susan) and Brenda MacGillivray. Proud grandmother of Kelly Vipond (Stacey), Tara Boyd (Jeff Fertile), Rebecca Boyd, and Jaime MacGillivray. Irene’s family would like to extend their sincere appreciate to the staff of 6G at Lakeridge Health Oshawa for the compassionate care that she received. A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, April 7th 2018 at 10am at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery, 355 Taunton Road East, Whitby. A reception will follow at W.C. Town Funeral Chapel, 110 Dundas Street East, Whitby. Cremation. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation and condolences may be expressed online at www.wctownfuneralchapel.com.
