Condolence From: Mike Woodfine Jr
Condolence: Uncle Bob, he played a tremendously significant role in my life when I was a boy. He and aunt Jean were always taking care of me, taught me how to tie my shoes, play horse shoes, swim, and just loved me. Moving away, losing touch with many of my family members, I learned of his passing so far after it had happened. I would have loved to pay my respects to Barb and David....who also took tremendous care of me as a child....Much of my fond childhood memories came from Aunt Jean and uncle bobs house....I loved when Uncle bob came home from work and plugged the kettle in....not pouring his tea until he was able to throw the bag across the kitchen and get it into the cup....and then his accordion...legendary.I last saw uncle Bob at my sister's wedding, he sang Elvis, and brought the house down! I haven't seen anyone since Aunt Jeans gathering ...but I think of you often. The Eastman household was one of the few places I can remember always having a happy time...and don't forget Yogi...miss you all..I still have a photo of Me and aunt Jean at Christmas time...its a poor quality shot from around 1976....but still my fave.
